According to Variety, superstar musician Taylor Swift will be the headlining halftime performer at this season’s Super Bowl. The game is set to take place on February 12th at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals.

Swift has been in many headlines recently due to her new TikTok series, “Midnights Mayhem“, in which she reveals the name of a song on her upcoming “Midnights” album in each TikTok video.

The excitement about her forthcoming album started a couple of weeks ago when Swift announced the album and its release date during the 2022 MTV VMAs in New Jersey.

If Swift is in fact the headliner during Super Bowl LVII, the NFL has genuinely scheduled one of the greatest, most excellent musicians of all time. This would guarantee that even non-football fans tune into the “Big Game.”

“Swifties” are some of the most loyal fans you will ever find, so when this alleged report came out, you already knew how excited the “Bad Blood” singer fans would be. A big clue into supporting this report as accurate is that Pepsi, which has sponsored the Super Bowl halftime show for many years, has officially not been brought back; Apple Music is the new sponsor. Something of note related to Pepsi is that Swift has a contract with Coca-Cola, finally allowing her to headline this prestigious sporting event. Rumors have swirled for years, and it seems as if those rumors will finally conclude, and Swift will get her opportunity to star in the biggest game of the season.
