Vista Bank is currently collecting donations for its holiday stocking project.
Every year the bank collects items to be stuffed in stockings for United States Military members stationed overseas.
The bank is currently collecting the following items for the project: handmade Christmas stockings, blank Christmas cards, Christmas cards addressed to soldiers, candy, small toiletries, decks of cards, golf tees, small games and sandwich size baggies.
The bank is also collecting items to create handmade stockings including: Jeans (worn out are fine), Christmas fabrics, yarn, thread, crochet thread, scissors, pins and sewing needles.
Items can be dropped off at any of the nine area Vista Bank branches during business hours (which vary by location).

Three locations in Lubbock (4350 19 th St.), (4621 50 th St.), (4515 98 th St.)
Items will be collected through Oct. 21.
